Recently, to enrich employees' cultural life and enhance team cohesion, Qingdao Add Value Flow organized a mountain climbing team building event at Dazhushan Scenic Area in Qingdao, under the theme "United as One, Scaling New Heights."
On the day of the event, all employees gathered at the foot of the mountain and set off in an orderly manner along the hiking trail. During the climb, everyone walked in groups, encouraged each other, paused occasionally to enjoy the scenery, and took photos. Despite the steep and winding paths, the team worked together and supported one another, eventually reaching the summit. Overlooking the mountain and sea views from the top, every employee beamed with joy and a sense of achievement.
This event allowed employees to embrace nature and exercise beyond their busy work schedules. More importantly, walking side by side up the mountain strengthened mutual trust and rapport, reinforcing team spirit and corporate cohesion. Employees expressed that they would carry the perseverance and unity demonstrated during the climb into their daily work, and continue to scale new heights together with the company.
